dynamically filter posts

  • I need to be able to dynamically filter posts to show on a map.
    Ex: – In a page I place the Map & Locations schortcode and through a dynamic filter (for example the MDTF plugin – WordPress Meta Data & Taxonomies Filter) select the categories of the posts to show. Is there this possibility or alternatively are there plugins that allow you to do it?

    Hello @marziom

    with the OSM plugin you can generate a shortcode and filter it according to a category. With another plugin you could then change the shortcode dynamically – but this is probably not the best solution because many components are involved (maintenance, speed, etc.). It is probably better to look for a mapping plugin that already has the needed function. In the meantime there are a lot of mapping plugins online, unfortunately I don’t know if there is one that supports this function.
