Dynamically duplicate content on page load

Hi,
Does anyone know of a plugin that would allow to dynamically “copy/import” content from another website page in the following way:

– Admin creates a specific page or post in wordpress and adds external link to plugin.
– External page is loaded, html/css tags are brought up so you can match with your site’s tags. For example <h1> will become <h2> or whatever you want on your site.
– Content is duplicated based on frequency determined by admin (every day, week etc…)

Does this exist?
Anyone interested in giving this a try?
