Dynamically append email subject field

I have created a VFB form for resume upload with email functionality where whenever someone uploads a resume on my website an email is sent to recruitment department, So under VFB settings => email’s tab => I can see Email subject field => there I have put ‘Job Application’ for now, so whenever an email is sent recruiters get an email with subject line as ‘Job Application’.

So my question is :
Can I dynamically append the email subject line with a string before an email is getting sent to recruitment department, is there any hook i can use?
