Dynamically add new form fields and send their content.

I need an order form with the possibility to add new fields dynamically, something like this: https://jsfiddle.net/Y8Vh9/23/

This works with CF7…halfway. The fields are being created…fine!
But how can I include the content of the so created fields in the Mail (that CF7 sends)?

Is there a solution for this?
