dynamic widgets and wordpress 3.6 compatibility

Hi I’m a newbie who is in the process of creating a web/blogsite using the 2012 theme. I updated to the 3.6 wordpress version and when I decided to install the dynamic widgets, it says that it might not be compatible so I haven’t installed it for fear of upsetting all I’ve started to do on the website. So, should I install it regardless? Or should I wait until it’s 100% compatible? If I should wait, when can I then install it?
