Dynamic variation (or variation of the variation)

Hello guys!
I have a product in woocommerce which is a variable product and has two attributes: language and date. I want to make the date dynamic depending on the language, for example to have 01.01.2021 for english and 01.02.2021 for russian. Is this possible with the woocommerce plugin? Thank you in advance!
