Dynamic variable in the contct form

Hi,

I’m developing a pproduct based website and there are more than 100 products displayed on the website. where each product as a individual page for itself( the product photo details description is all there on the page). I like to add an enquiry form to each product page. and there would be a field in the contact form called at item code. is it possible for me to use the same contact form for all the 100 product pages and jus change that itenm code field in the for based on which product page the user is viewing. or should i create 100 forms and hardcode the item code. This step is too tedious.is there any other way i can use just 1 contact form and have the item code dynamic.
