Would there be a way that a valid WP user/subscriber could create a temporary playlist of MP4s which would “disappear” when the user logs off?

I can surely afford the Pro version if it can be done.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Dave,

We could allow admins to create playlists that are only visible to logged in users.

The second idea of having users build playlists is not part of the plugin now but I can see how it could be useful (YouTube has it). I’ll consider adding this when we finish our huge playlist builder (targeted end of October).

    Alec,
How would I go about creating playlists that are only visible to logged in users?
Does THAT require some change(s) to your current version?

Actually, I guess I could do the same by tinkering with a membership plugin that I own and base it on a group of users.

I use the Tips & Tricks-HQ “eMember” plugin, if that is of interest.
    Thanks.

    Hi Dave,

You are on the right track to do it that way if you already have a membership plugin you are using.

The player is just content to show or not show, based on either a membership plugin or a function.

Let us know how it goes please.

    Alec
