Dynamic time and date

Hi, Shabti. I’m having a problem getting dynamic time and date to work like I would like to. Either its and issue with latest wordpress and/or Elementor (or ACF Pro) – or – I’m doing this hole thing wrong.

Basicly, I have a page with two sections: One is for displaying upcoming events (posts) and
the other one is for showing past events gone by. The posts are basicly custom post type using ACF Pro, with various fields – especially important here is ACF fields for date where the user inputs the start date for the event they are describing.

Using the Dynamic date and time in Advanced Query options, I’ve selected dynamic date and time and
set the options to “Custom field is start date”. The problem is, that the post still just dissappears even if the start date is reached yet. I’ve been playing around with “Custom field is end date” as well with same results…

Basicly, what I would like to achieve is in the first section show events that are upcoming – and once the (ACF datefield) date of the event is passed it disappear from the first section and then shows in the second section instead.

This should be achievable with Advanced Queries, right?
