DYnamic Text Not showing in return Email

Hi,

I have installed the ultimate addons for CF7 and used the dynamic text to show product name for each product page. In the CF7 frontend, it is showing nicely the product name but when customer send out the form, the return email is not showing anything.

I had double checked the mail tags and it is the correct one.
Is it a known problem or am I doing something wrong here.
