Dynamic Success Messages

Pretty much I would like to use jquery ( or PHP logic ) to change the success message depending on what they clicked on the select list. I’ve tried various methods with the mailsent.wpcf7 trigger but it either appends my text or overrides my styles / changes.

What is a solution to have dynamic send messages depending on the user’s choice?
