    Hi Alexv!

    I have an issue with the dynamic remarketing. I am using the plugin for almost a year, it was working fine, but a few weeks ago, the Match Rate drops to 0%, for I don’t know what reasons. The match rate before was varying from 50 to 90%. The conversion tracking is working fine.
    I haven’t made any changes in the plugin settings, which can cause this.
    Now I am getting the message “Issue: 100% of id values received in the past day didn’t match your feed”
    I am using the product ID as a Product Identifier.

    Any idea what can cause this issue and how to fix it?

    Hi @saskosale

    I see on your website that you are using the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin and the Google Tag Manager.

    I know for a fact that the Google Analytics for WooCommerce plugin is not scoped correctly, meaning it sends its events not only to Google Analytics but also to Google Ads. On one page my plugin sends the product ID 523049 and the other plugin is sending the product ID #523045. It probably caused the low match rate and it is not unlikely that it is also the cause for the drop to 0%.

    (My plugin is scoped correctly, so it sends its events only to Google Ads if only Google Ads is active.)

    Plus, I can’t see what you configured in GTM. But if not done correctly it is also a possible source of troubles.

    I’d recommend switching over Google Analytics to my plugin, disable GTM, dismiss the warning and see what happens.

    Also double check that all products have been uploaded correctly in to the Google Merchant Center. (No products no match…)

    It’s almost a week after we switched to the pro version of the plugin and the match rate is still 0,00%. Any idea what may be wrong?
