Dynamic Remarketing Conversion – Button not working

    Hi,
    I enter my Dynamic Remarketing Conversion ID (AW-536765389) and then click the SAVE button but it doesn’t do anything.
    I’ve tried on different browers but this issue still remains.
    Any ideas please?

  • Hi Chris,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Most likely you tried to put the entire ‘AW-536765389’ into the input field whereas it only accepts numbers. So please put it ‘536765389’ instead. The plugin will add the AW- itself in the pixel.

    It works!
    I should have tried that before, sorry.
    However, maybe you should delete the AW- prefix in case future users do the same.
