Dynamic qr code

  • Hi, I used Kaya plugin to generate a dynamic qrcode (that I can change the landing link when I have chosen another page), but it doesn’t work. If I insert the different link in “Content to encode in QR Code” it changes the image of the qrcode but it goes to the right “future page”, but if I change the link in “Destination URL” it does not change the image of the qrcode but goes to the old page. How can I do? Thank you

    Thank you for your comment and for using ‘Kaya QR Code Generator’.

    Indeed, these two inputs are made for a different purpose.
    The ‘Content to encode in QR Code’ parameter is used to generate the QR Code image, and the ‘Destination URL’ is used to create a clickable link on the image.

    If you want to modifiy the two URL (encoded and linked) you must edit the two parameters. The only case where it is not required is when the ‘Content to encode in QR Code’ parameter is empty (to use the current page URL) and the ‘Use automatic current page URL as QR Code image clickable link’ parameter is checked.
