    Hi,

    In WooCommerce -> Settings -> General, after Currency Options, you can add text for an item on sale in the “Sale Price Text” field.

    Or can use the add_filter function to change the output for a specific product or using a conditional check in the function. There are two examples at the bottom of this page.
