    Hello,

Great plugin, however faced some issues.

Dynamic price sliders option does not work.

If minimum and maximum slider values ??are set, they are not displayed in the frontend. If I choose to enable “Dynamic price sliders – recalculate price slider ranges for each filter combination” it won’t work either.

Could you help me with this?

    Regards,

    Ausra

    Dear Ausra,

Welcome to the annasta Filters support forum!

Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to reproduce the issue, so let me ask you something: does the price slider work as expected when the Dynamic price sliders option is disabled?

If it does work, then please try the following:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools
    2. Find the Product lookup tables tool, and push its “Regenerate” button.
    3. Make sure the regeneration has completed (the wc_update_product_lookup_tables action has to have the “Completed” status in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions), then reload your shop page to see if the tables regeneration fixed the issue.

    Thanks for the reply.

If I set the custom price ranges, now I can see it is working. However, the price slider is not working then I try to set it to automatically calculated values. The filter on the shop page returns a price range from 0 to 1.

    Settings selected in the backend:

Range values – automatically calculated numerical values CHOOSED

Dynamic price sliders – Recalculate price slider ranges for each filters combination CHOOSED

I have read your documentation, visited your demo page to check everything, maybe I’m wrong trying to set up all the things correctly.

    Best regards,

    Ausra

    Ausra,

Have you tried the Product lookup tables regeneration procedure that I described in the previous post (the 1-2-3 list)?

    Hello again Ausra,

Unfortunately we didn’t manage to reproduce the dynamic price sliders glitch that you describe on none of our test sites!

Since it’s only happening when the Dynamic price sliders are enabled, it’s very likely that your installation has a problem with the WooCommerce product meta data lookup table that is used by our plugin for min/max values retrieval. You are welcome to get in touch via our contact form if you wish for us to check your set up and perform additional tests!

    Dear Ausra,

I will go ahead and mark this inactive thread as resolved, but please don’t hesitate to open a new topic if you ever have further questions about the work of our filtering plugin!
