dynamic page content

Hello,

I want to have a page that stays “mostly” the same, a few fields should be included from a source easily changed without wp admin panel, just editing files on the ftp (like a date).

I tried an iframe but i dislike the fact that the included page is accessible directly.

Is there a elegant solution to a mostly “static” page with a fraction of its content being updated (like date fields) by access to webfile structure (ftp) only or new posts?
