Dynamic Input Fields – Tips?

Hi!
First I want to thank you for your legendary plugin.
Then I would need to ask a question about the passing, via shortcode, of dynamic values ??to the text input fields, “simply!”. For example, to populate the fields with data taken from an external table, or obtained from other processing.

Historically there is an additional plugin that helps with this, “Dynamic Text Extension”, which however seems to have been out of development for some time. Now, with the new CF7 validation shema (even the simple “required”), it is definitely showing obsolete. This is a seemingly small feature (only one file of 400 lines), but very useful, and forums and tutorials for CF7 always refer to the aforementioned extension (???). I read that the problem is quite felt among Worpress users, however in recent years there have been no developments in this sense.

I thank you for your very generous presence in WordPress. I understand and appreciate the spirit of your plugin, also for this reason I have decided to use it in projects that have the same. So I’m not asking you to add this functionality to your plugin. Very respectfully, however, I thought that you, better than others, could perhaps suggest to a simple user like me a possible alternative extension (I searched a lot but I did not find any), or an example code, a logical approach, or other suggestion that you possibly believe appropriate. I looked into your support but maybe I haven’t been able to find a solution. It is certainly my fault.
