Dynamic Home Link in Custom Menu

I’m creating a custom menu for a theme template for a multi-site installation. I need to put in a link to “Home” in the custom menu which would be dynamic for each particular site. Also, the wordpress installation is in a subdirectory of the main domain.

For example…I need a put a link to “Home” in the custom menu that will take the site visitor to https://mydomain.com/sites/site1 or https://mydomain.com/sites/site2 etc depending on which site they are on. So basically, if I’m on https://mydomain.com/sites/site1/some-page and I want to click on the Home link in the custom menu, I want to end up at https://mydomain.com/sites/site1

I’ve tried putting in “/” for the link but that takes me to https://mydomain.com and I’ve tried “/sites/” but that takes me to https://mydomain.com/sites/

I’m guessing there’s a simple solution for this but I can’t seem to find it after hours of searching.
