  • Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Can you share the screenshot of the shipping zone like this screenshot?

Also, kindly share your product URL. It will help to understand the issue more accurately. More, check if any data & time limit has been set on the condition like this.

    Hi,

Can you please confirm that “no requirement” is selected on Free shipping?

    Here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/-Ty3OUfzPIAt

Otherwise, it may conflict with our dynamic shipping rule.

Let me know if this helps.

Hi, thanks for the reply. If i enable no requirement free shipping is applied to any order value.

    Hi,

As you’ve created a dynamic rules for the shipping policy from our plugin, it will apply for the order. So, you need to select “No requirement” on WooCommerce Shipping option.

Please have a try and let me know if this works for you.

Hello, yes I have made the change, but the plugin is set to allow free shipping for orders over 250, however with no requirement set free shipping is applied for any amount even below the 250 threshold set in the plugin.

    Hi,

I’ve created dynamic shipping rule and set minimum amount at WooCommerce Settings. It’s working properly. Can you please check attach screenshot? Also, switch off another rules for more confirmation.

Let me know if this help. However, if possible, you can share a recorded video with us. It will help to understand your issue for accurately as I don’t find the issue from my end.

    Thanks for your understanding.

Hi, yes to setup a free shipping rule in woocommerce isn’t the problem as the rule will get applied. It seems to me as if the plugin shipping rule isn’t overwriting the woocommerce rule, as i want to apply free shipping based on the users and the amount purchased. Normal customers get free shipping at 250, but resellers only get free shipping for orders over 1000.

    Hi there,

Here is the solution for you.

    1. Keep the “No requirement” on the WooCommerce free Shipping.
    2. Now create 2 rules for each B2B and B2C.
    3. One rules is allowing flat rate if the amount is less the 250 and another is free shipping if the cart amount is greater than 250.
    4. Same for the B2B Users. If the cart amount is less than or equal 999, then there will be flat rate rule and another is free shipping when the amount is greater or equal 1000.

    Please check the attached screenshot.

    B2C Free Shipping Rule: https://prnt.sc/2PJN-zkykdwq
    B2C Flat Rate Rule: https://prnt.sc/1qPF1X5CVx-E

    B2B Free Shipping Rule: https://prnt.sc/TichxUSljgbO
    B2B Flat Rate Rule: https://prnt.sc/tyefPS5pbi1S

Thanks for cooperation. Let me know if this solves your issue.
