dynamic form with php

Hello,

I have to make a project in internship(training course) on great(tremendous) pro2pdf and great(tremendous) that is thus in WordPress.

Objective: – I have to create dynamic forms.

Met problem: every creation of a form creates a shortcode to insert into the message so as to download the PDF afterward. Every time a new form is create the shortcode thus change the idea would be to recover the variable ‘ dataset ‘

The formulairePDF afterward will be downloaded with the data of the user.

There is shortcode which exist but as I have no complete version of the plugin, I try to make him(it) php there.
