Dynamic form insertion – JavaScript

Hi – a quick question.

How do I insert a CF7 form with JS? What are the requirements to make a form fire in AJAX mode, from a script? eg which elements and names.

Assume my HTML is valid, I’m on the basic theme and there’s only 1 form going to be put onto the page.

I guess form class is one. But what about the invisible form ID fields etc? Can I render the shortcode, take the HTML and inject it?
