Dynamic Form

I have a post template built using Elementor and with Forminator inside each page. But I would like for each form when sent to be in the category of the post. Using that I think it would be best to use some custom JS to insert the post name using a query selector. But I can’t see an area to insert custom JS… Is there an area?
