dynamic dropdowns

Hi,

So, for what I’ve read dynamic dropdowns are not available in the free version, but do any of the add-ons help with this feature?

I need to show within these forms some dynamic dropdowns to select states and their cities, in which each city will appear as an option in the second dropdown depending on the state I select in the first one. In case there’s not an add-on available yet, I know I can accomplish this with some javascript but I don’t know how I’d integrate this with these forms, and I don’t want to change plugins, I love these so much and that’s the only feature I desperately need.

Could you guys please guide me as to how to add this to the forms?
