Dynamic Discounts Not Recognized by “On Sale” Widget

    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue with the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts” plugin on my WooCommerce site. The plugin applies dynamic discounts to product categories, but these discounted products are not recognized by the WooCommerce “On Sale” widget or the sales page. This seems to be because the plugin does not update the “sale price” field for each product.

    Here’s what I’ve observed:

    • Products with dynamic discounts are displayed correctly on the site.
    • However, these products are not recognized by the WooCommerce “On Sale” widget, which only detects products with the “sale price” field set directly.
    • I want to create a sales page using the WooCommerce “On Sale” widget, but this widget only recognizes products where the “sale price” field in the product settings has been filled. This does not happen when using your discount plugin.

    I am looking for a solution to ensure that dynamically discounted products are included in the “On Sale” widget and sales pages. Could you please provide guidance on how to properly implement this or if there’s a better approach to ensure dynamically discounted products are included in the “On Sale” widget and pages?

    Because the conditional nature of the plugin, it doesn’t change the sale price field of the products.

    You can try the plugin discounted products shortcode to list the onsale products. Check this article for more information.

    I also have the same request and I’m using pro version with the discount page enabled, but after creating a product list of discounted and on-sale items setup with woocommerce; they still don’t appear on the page.

    Moreover, besides a discount page there should also be a way for users to see all the offers currently available on the discount page or with a shortcode, so it’s easier to know rather than browsing through in each product page to discover if there are offers.

    This shortcode is available in the pro version of the plugin. You can try the pro version on our demo website.

    @rankengage Please create your own ticket and include all of the information about the issue, like rule screenshots, discount page configuration and link to it.
