Dynamic conversion code doesn't show before and after purchases

Hi,

I think that this plugin is great, now I just need to make it work for me ??
I followed all the installation instructions and entered the conversion ID and the conversion label into their respective fields. I didn’t see Google AdWords dynamic conversion code on the thank you page – not when I visited it directly and not after I made two purchases.

Are there any steps that are missing in the installation process? Do I need to do anything else in order to make it work?
