You can add ?um_action=edit to the redirect URL after Registration/Login.

Hello, I have one more question. In Ultimate member plugin, have some features like, admin can enable / disable the “changing Email address” and Delete account” for users.

1. If it is disable, can people give a request us to change the email address and can we send the link for activation?
