Dynamic change of title

What I would like to achieve is to have a drop down menu part of the form and to have the submitted form saved in different lists, based on the drop down menu choice of the person who is filling up the form. Like, for example, if there is “Blank”, “Male”, “Female” in the drop down, all submissions in case of Blank goes to Blank list, all submissions in case of Male goes to Male list and so on.
