Thanks for the plugin, makes this a lot easier.

I’m testing it but we get the following error:

Page caching on Cloudflare is working properly but Cloudflare returns back an error while testing a dynamic resource: Dynamic Cache status: BYPASS – The origin server instructed Cloudflare to bypass cache via a Cache-Control header.

    I’ve confirmed the following:

    • Removed all Page Rules from Cloudflare, disable Page Cache, reenable it
    • No caching plugins enabled (tested LiteSpeed and WP Rocket, both disabled)
    • Cleared .htaccess and made sure only entries from WordPress and the plugin are placed
    • Any idea on how to debug this?
We are using LiteSpeed at a cPanel server.

    Hi @jmzolezzi,
I have a couple of questions for you:
    1. Can you please check in your CF account is development mode is enabled or not?
    2. Can you please go to the DNS section and confirm that your domain A record is using the CF proxy i.e. the orange icon is ON beside the record?
    3. I can also see that all f your pages has a lot of unnecessary cookies attach to the header. Have you tried the Strip Cookie option in the settings?

Thanks a lot for sharing your site URL as it makes things easy to check the headers of your site.

    Thanks a lot to you @isaumya !

Indeed we found a lot of cookies sent via CleanTalk and Geotargeting plugin. I’ve disabled those by enabling the Strip Cookie mentioned, and things look great now.

Is there any way to enable development mode when we are working on updates on the site?
If not, do you suggest any lightweight plugin to allow this? I’d like to avoid requesting our web designer to login to cloudflare.com to enable it when he works on the site.

Thanks again for your reply and your plugin Saumya.

Nevermind about that, we left WP Rocket enabled since the results were not so good regarding minification, and we can enable development mode at Cloudflare easily with it.

    Thanks again.

Yes you can enable development mode in cloudflare dashboard easily. For minification I will highly recommend Autoptimize plugin. With autoptimize & this plugin, you don’t need anything else.
