Dynamic Autoresponder

Hello. I am trying to figure out if I can have different autoresponder emails fire off based on a selection in a drop down.

i.e. If someone selects option 1 in my drop-down, they get an autoresponse from Mail2.
-If someone selects option 2, they get a different autoresponse from than that of option 1.
-If someone selects option 3, they get a different autoresponse than option 1 and option 2 etc…
