Dymo Stamps incompatibility

Hello Benjamin,

WooCommerce DYMO Print only works with DYMO Label Software. You are not able to purchase stamps with this plugin.
After install you are able to print the shipping address.

If you need a stamp you can purchase this at your stamp provider or shipping company.

I’m not trying to print stamps from the plugin. I’m reporting a bug: installing an unrelated piece of software that also uses my Dymo label printer and is offered through Dymo but created by Endicia (an unrelated 3rd party partner) demonstrably breaks the plugin. I don’t know yet which function I need more, so I’m hoping you will help me diagnose the issue, possibly resolve it, so I don’t have to be without either very helpful function.

Sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately we are not aware of the DYMO Stamps software.
It probably uses the same drivers as the browser and therefore will break this functionality.

As we do not use this kind of software we can not test it.
However you could try the following sample of DYMO which uses the same library as our plugin.

If this sample works with DYMO Stamps the problem is inside our plugin and we might can solve this issue.

If this sample also doesn’t work the problem is with DYMO and we cannot solve it.
