    We’re using the Dymo print plugin on our website, right now we’re facing a problem in printing.

    We’re a developer and working on Linux system but our client uses a Windows machine and Dymo plugin working well before a few plugins upgrade because after plugin upgrade the plugin working stop and return the error “There was an error while printing your label”. We’re not able to find out this issue please suggest any way to debug this issue because in “debug & help” not display any error.

    Have any way to test it online like BrowserStack. ?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately the DYMO Label Writer needs to be connected directly to the browser and the OS which runs the DYMO drivers.
    Therefore it’s not possible to test with BrowserStack or something like that.
    It’s also not possible to run the scripts on Linux. Unfortunately DYMO does not support linux in this matter.

    The error message could really have several reasons. It’s difficult to say this without any error logs. Could you provide us PHP error log or javascript error log during printing?
