Are you referring to Divi Contact Form? If so, it doesn’t support it.

But if you are using any other contact form builders (e.g Fluent Forms), then OOPSpam supports majority of them. Check out the plugin Details to view supported forms.

Some of my clients use the Divi theme form, we would have to see with the publisher to collaborate with your solution, would that be a good idea?
