DVD images not always showing

    First, thanks for an awesome plugin! I have a ton of bookshelves on our website <https://eldoradolibrary.org/> and they work great, except when it comes to DVDs. Some DVDs show the image but many don’t, even though we have an image in our catalog (SirsiDynix Enterprise). I’ve tried ISBN if there is one, and the UPC. You can see an example here https://eldoradolibrary.org/movies-tv-and-more/ by scrolling to the bottom and looking at the Family Friendly Movies bookshelf. The first 12 movies show fine but the last 6 have no image. A title is listed only because I put a title in the Image alt text field. The last blank spot is the movie Monsters, Inc which I left the Image alt text field blank to show what that looks like.

    I’ve looked for a solution but haven’t had any luck. I’m hoping there is a setting change that I can make to solve this problem. Please let me know if you need any more info from me. Thanks!

    Nice work on those Bookshelves! You should be able to fix this by entering your Syndetics client ID in the plugin settings.

    You can find the client ID by inspecting a cover image from your catalog, ex: https://secure.syndetics.com/index.aspx?type=xw12&client=<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>530-621-5540</span>&upc=786936893762&oclc=&isbn=/LC.JPG

    Plug this in to the Image Server ID/Username field of the plugin Catalog Settings.
