Dutch translation?

Hi,

Is there a Dutch translation available for this plugin?
To be clear, the results themselves are in Dutch but the static info is all in English. Is there any way to change this into Dutch? I would not mind helping out and doing this myself so future users could benefit but I would need some instructions on how to go about translating this plugin.
