Received these messages during a restore. Here is a link to my backup log. https://bit.ly/2ljKtNV
Can you advise what action I should take?

File (backup_2017-01-22-1238_Moncton_Professional_Writers_5fa3edf32ee1-plugins.zip) was found, but has a different size (12370097) from what was expected (8040625) – it may be corrupt.

    Hi,

It appears that the size of the backups do not match the records in UpdraftPlus.

When restoring the backups, did you manually transfer them from remote storage to UpdraftPlus?

When restoring, I just chose the Jan22, 2017 backup through the Updraft interface and the program seemed to go to Dropbox to fetch the zip files itself. I didn’t do anything manually.

The restore seemed to go well until getting the warning message, so I’m wondering whether it is ok to continue the restore despite the difference in file sizes. Nothing has changed on the website since the original restore point was created.

    Hi,

I would recommend testing that the files in question were not corrupted.

Could you download the backup files directly from remote storage, and see if they can be unzipped?
If so, I would recommend deleting the copies of the files on the site, and uploading these copies through the Existing Backups tab. This way you can ensure that the files you are restoring are sound.
