    Hi ??

In the woocommerce plugin I added the option to the checkout page to ‘Allow customers to create an account during checkout’ and after filling out all the required fields, it says:

“Account username is a required field.
Create account password is a required field.”, but I already filled out the required fields.

I tried with 3 different email addresses and on mobile also with different usernames and passwords, but I get the same message.

I wrote to the woocommerce customer support and they checked then said to ask cartflows customer support with this problem.

  • Hello @ramonabob,

Thank you for writing in and sorry for the late reply.

Have you checked the same on a default WooCommerce checkout page? If it’s also not working there, there should be something wrong with your WooCommerce Accounts & Privacy settings.

If it’s only happening on the CartFlows checkout page, that can be due to the deactivated email address field.

Kindly disable the Custom Field Editor feature from the Form Fields tab and try again.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know how it goes.

I am having the same issue. I just disable the Custom Field Editor however, ? am not able to see the password creation field.

It supposed to be seen under the Email field:

    Hello @kaanoran,

Can you please go to WooCommerece settings and ensure that the option “When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password” is disabled?

Please take a look at this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/4aiGlb

    I hope this helps.

Please try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello @chamassali,

Please share a screen recording of the issue and your WooCommerce settings, I will try to regenerate the issue on my test environment.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

We are having this issue as well. In fact, we do not understand how to add an input field to the Cartflows checkout page where people can choose a password.

We have looked at a lot of documentation, and we don’t see this explained anywhere. Please can you tell us.

It is extremely important that people be able to choose a password directly on the checkout page. It will never work for us if we have to email a pre-assigned password to a customer.

Also, once they have input a password and they proceed to the Thank You page, we hope they will now be auto-logged in, so when we direct them to their Learndash course, they will NOT have to log in.

These feature are of paramount importance to us as an online school, without which we don’t think we could use Cartflows.

Please could you advise how to do this?

    Thanks!

Disregard above message. We now see this was resolved in latest version of Cartflows.

    HI PEOPLE!

Cartflows is no longer working for us!!

Whenever a previous student wants to enroll in another course, it is giving an error which tells them they need to put in a password, but they already have a password to access their account.

Moreover, there is NO password field IF they already are registered with us. Help! We are losing enrollments.

I already had to disable all the Cartflows and go back to the basic Woocommerce.

    Please advise.

    Hello @wordpressdharma,

Can you please switch to the modern checkout layout and see if the password field is available and if you are able to log in? Please refer to this screenshot.

    Hope this helps.

Please let me know how it goes.

Hi team, I just installed a brand new website and I am testing out cartflows pro. Whenever a custom wants to buy a downloadable product, the field for username does not appear.
    Account username?is a required field.

When using regular Woo commerce cart en checkout, this field is appearing. But it is not when using cartflows checkout store.

    Hi team,

Surecart plugin has conflict with cartflows. I understand that they are contrary plugins. When you try to buy a download product under woocommerce with cartflows and require an account (username and email), it will give problems when the username field is required. This field disappears when surecart is activated. So customers can never finish a flow nor purchase. Can you kindly resolve this conflict?
