Duplicate Content

  • Hello,

    I’m using WP 5.8.1 and Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer 1.4.8 and my WooCommerce New Order emails have double headers, Order Details, Billing & Shipping Addresses and footers (including social media icons).

    I’ve disabled all plugins except for Kadence and WooCommerce and I switched to Twenty Twenty theme for testing but I still see the double content.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue.

    Just to confirm – have you checked already if you have any WooCommerce email template override within your theme? You can do that by going to WooCommerce > Status > Templates > Overrides.

    If there are indeed email template overrides, kindly rename/delete the files to see if the issue will be fixed.
