“Duplicator Tooltip is not defined” Error

    Hi,

    Duplicator stopped working after the site was restored. When I try to create an archive, I receive a message:

    ReferenceError: Duplicator Tooltip is not defined Please try again!

    I tried to clean the installations and reinstall Duplicator – it didn’t help, the same error.

    I understand that you can’t create a backup and you got this error:
    ReferenceError: Duplicator Tooltip is not defined Please try again!

    This is the first time we have addressed this problem. We need to ensure that it’s from Duplicator and nothing else conflicts with it.

    I understand that the problem happens with only Duplicator is active on your website. Can you please check if you have caching installed on the server where the website runs? If so, please purge the server cache and check if this resolves the issue.
