Duplicator creating Package at 0B file size

    I no there are other post relating to this and I have read them, but they do not offer a fix. I know it is not a server issue because I just ran the Duplicator on three other sites I have on the same server under the same hosting and it works fine. I host sites here so my clients and see a live view while I am making changes. When I run the Duplicator it creates the package file but it is 0B and if I click to download it it take me to a page not found error. I need to get this figured out as the site in question is ready to be moved to the clients server today.

  • I get this error, but 2-3 minutes later appear the backup made (installer+package). Tomorrow i’ll try to install in my localhost to check if the backup works

    Recomendaciones
    Validar su sistema & refrescar el escritorio.
    Monitor su fichero log, porque el proceso puede continuar en algunos sistemas.
    Contacte a su administrador para incrementar su limitación de timeout (ver duración abajo).
    Considere a?adir un filtro de directorio en el diálogo de opciones si el proceso sigue parandose.
    Chequee su espacio de disco. Revise la ayuda de su proveedor.
    Considere usar un aprobado Proveedor de Hosting Aprobado.

    This was most likely a Timeout Issue. It looks like your host may have any incredibly low timeout threshold…
