When running duplicator on the second site and testing the database I get the error message that the database cannot be found.

I then use cPanel and can see that the database is indeed there!

Why cannot duplicator find it?

I created a mysql user but forgot to ADD said user to the database!

All went well after that. I suppose a pity the error message could not tell me this!?

We are working to improve that process this year, by end of year we hope to have a database integrity checker built into the installer to help isolate these types of errors…
