Duplicator Archive incomplete

    hi,

    archive creation process runs without problems, yet the archive created only contains the dup-installer-subfolder plus 2 files. all the wordpress-folders and -files are missing.
    thus, installation from this archive obviously does not work at all (even though it does not report any error … there just is no wordpress site at the end of the process).

    i have moved many websites, from several providers incl the same as this one, using duplicator and never had this issue before.

    any ideas what is going wrong and how i can get it to work properly?

    Thanks for the feedback! Did you double-check to make sure you don’t have a Database Only build enabled? It seems like that might be enabled… If not, you may need to check the build log for clues, which you can find on the package details page.

    thanks @corylamleorg for your answer.

    unfortunately it did not help.

    i did not change any of the default settings, and, just to make sure, tried again, double-checking. no file filters, no database only … the scan does check the files, too – and they pass. they just don’t get included in the archive.

    as i need to move this site today, i will try to do it with some other plugin, or, if this won’t work either, try manually. in case nothing will work, i might come back to submitting a support ticket.
