Duplication of Tooltip (Double Tooltips) when using CM Tooltip Glosary

Hi,
I am using WordPress Version 4.0 with Knowledgebase Theme and CM Tooltip Glossary Version 2.8.1.

I am having two tooltips overlapping on each other (One is small and the other is big). I really need to use this plugin in combination with your theme. Can you please take a look and point me in the right direction to solve this issue.
