Duplication of Structure Tags

I have the following custom taxonomies registered.
%idaho_property_type%
%idaho_vacancy_type%
%idaho_region%
%idaho_city%
%idaho_suburb%

The Permalink Manager display these taxonomy types under the Permastructure tab.

For my custom post type Properties I assign the following permastructure using Permalink Manager:
%idaho_property_type%/%idaho_vacancy_type%/%idaho_region%/%idaho_city%/%idaho_suburb%

However, when I run the Regenerate/Reset command from the Tools tab the following changes happens to my urls:

Before
properties/sunninghill-office-park-unit-12-stand-alone-building

After
rental/rental/rental/rental/rental/sunninghill-office-park-unit-12-stand-alone-building

Regardless of the custom taxonomy structure tag I add, all the tags reference %idaho_vacancy_type%

Any suggestions that might help?
