Duplication in invoice mail response

Hi,
The invoice mail that i receive after making online payment contains duplicate contents.Mail header,content and the footer is getting duplicated.This actually occurs only after payment redirect.If u am sending invoice from the admin back end the mail structure is in a proper format and its not duplicating.This happened after updating it to latest woo commerce version.
