Duplicating the field that has ‘link’ and ‘paragraph’ functionality

Hi – Please help me further as I need to resolve this issue urgently. Your reply to the question below has not resolved the issue and you are not reading follow-up responses! I want to buy the pro version, but am put off by the difficulty of communication, the poor reviews – and at times, the answers so minimal I can barely understand them. For instance, I have been waiting 2 weeks for a further response to my initial query – and obviously you are not checking if the issues are resolved. Why is this please? I now have to start a new topic to ask again!

MY FURTHER RESPONSE: As you can see I have created the field, and added a tag, but ‘HMTL Editor’ is not available to choose under the ‘type’ heading. How do I get it to appear on the drop-down menu so that I can choose it?
