Duplicating Style Of Banshee Menu Hover Bar

    I want to duplicate the look and hover effect of the menu of this Banshee theme menu on a site using the DIVI theme and hoping for some better ideas than my messy hacking attempt.
    I want the hover bars and active bars with the animated slide in as they do her eon this site. www. garagejunkiestx.com which is the banshee theme now discontinued I think.

    A plugin or CSS/HTML would be helpful in a direction. Thanks so much.
