    Hi,

    I have read some threads about this topic but it’s not exactly clear to me or what I can do about the problem I am experiencing.

    I have created a product with some options. Next I duplicated this product (WC duplicate option) because it uses the same options, only different prices (for example) but now these duplicated products are not working correctly. Options do not work and wrong prices are showing.

    Can the field slug be the same for multiple products (I understand that it cannot be the same for multiple options within one product) and what can I do with the already created products to fix this. Do I need to delete the products and create them again or can I maybe use the ‘Unsync’ option?

    Hi,

    The following article contains info about specific steps you should follow in order to re-use options, if needed. Also it contains the steps for proper creation of new options based on the existing (quite handy, this way it is always faster).

    What article did you mean? This one: https://moomoo-agency.gitbook.io/uni-cpo-4-documentation/duplicating-products?

    It doesn’t give me any answers on why my duplicated products are not working correctly or how to fix it. In this article it also says: ?? Duplicate and Import/Export configs functionalities are available in the PRO version in General Settings modal window, the fourth tab.

    I have the Pro version on another website but I am not seeing any duplicate configs functionalities.

    Do you see 1-2-3 steps on that page? Two sets of steps, actually. Do you see them?

    If you do not see Import/Export tab in General Settings modal window, then you are not using the pro version.

    I do have the Pro version, I just cannot see any duplicate options. Can I send you an email? Maybe this is easier and quicker.
