duplicating posts from one blog to another

i have two blogs. i post at one of them quite regularly (the primary). the other one (secondary) sees almost zero activity, but i’d like that to change. the easiest way, i think, is to have duplicate posts at each blog. what i’d like to do, though, is have the posts from my primary blog automatically posted to the secondary blog.

my question is this: is what i’ve described above even possible? how would i do this? i would imagine it has something to do with the RSS feed from the primary blog but maybe something more than that?

both blogs are powered by wordpress.
