Hi, i’m new to creating websites, so apologise in advanced for my stupid questions but I could not find the answer.

I’m creating an agency type of site which entiales me creating different profiles for clients to view. I’ve created the first profile how I want it, so I wanted to duplicate that page so all I need to do is change the page name, picture and thier details on the profile.

When i duplicated a page to create another profile, it also changed the details of the original profile.

When i enter quick edit, these are the settings….however I don’t know how to set each profile up so they only edit themselves and not the original page.

The parent: main page (no parent)

    Template: page no title

Any help would be much appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi andy82,

Thank you for reaching out and no need to apologize—there are no stupid questions here!

It sounds like you’re off to a great start with your agency site. To help you resolve the issue of duplicated pages affecting the original page, could you please create a screen recording showing the entire process step-by-step? This will help us understand exactly what’s happening.

    In your recording, please include:

    1. The steps you take to duplicate the page.
    2. How you’re editing the new profile.
    3. The settings you’re using in Quick Edit.

Additionally, could you confirm if you’re using any website builder (like Elementor, Divi, etc.)? This information will help us provide more accurate assistance.

Once you have the recording, please email it to us at [email protected]. We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Best,
    Duplicate Page Support Team
